Welcome to First Dental, where we take privacy to a whole new level. We offer private consultation rooms for dental healthcare and finances behind a closed door. We also have secured hallways, and all our treatment rooms have doors to afford you the most privacy possible at the dentist. We feel this sets us apart from other dental offices and allows Drs. Lehmkuhler, Dr. Asbjornson, and Dr. Taylor and their staff to consult with you privately.

  • Dr.
    Ryan Lehmkuhler
    DDS

    Dr. Ryan Lehmkuhler was born and raised in Dodge City, graduating high school in 2004. Ryan attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and graduated as a Chancellors Scholar with a perfect cumulative grade point average of 4.0. In December 2006, Ryan was accepted into the University of Nebraska Medical Center Dental College for the Fall of 2007.

    DDS

    Dr. Katie Asbjornson was born into dentistry. Katie’s grandfather, Dr. Don Asbjornson opened his dental practice in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1962 and her father, Dr. Jon Asbjornson, joined Dr. Asbjornson Dental following graduation from dental school in 1987.

We are taking extended measures to further protect all our patients and team with the following additional protocols:

  • In compliance with the recommendations for public health, anyone with a cough or fever will not be allowed in the building and should stay home. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date
  • When you arrive for your appointment, simply call us at 620-225-5154 in Dodge City or 620-604-9279 in Liberal. We will let you know when we are ready to seat you in your personal operatory. This will allow us time to thoroughly sanitize all areas between patients.
  • Upon entering First Dental, your temperature will be taken, and you will be asked to sanitize your hands.

You can be assured safety measures at First Dental will continue to evolve as more information develops.
